Two of Japan’s best come together on the Evisu x ASICS GEL-Lyte III. The sneaker comes equipped in a trio of colorways and was released alongside a matching apparel collection.
Known for their jeans, Evisu incorporates denim elements across the different ASICS iterations. Two of the colorways have a similar make-up with an “Indigo” denim base and Chocolate Brown leather on the heel counter and toe cap. Both iterations swap shades of Red and Blue leather. One edition has a Navy ASICS vector, while the other shoe has a Gold ASICS vector. Each sneaker is finished with the Evisu logo on the heel counter and a multi-color outsole.
The “Indigo” denim colorway that features the metallic “Gold” details is limited to only 300 pairs. Each sneaker is marked with the shoe’s unique number located near the upper eyestay. The limited-edition sneaker comes packaged in a special collectors box made with wood and stamped with the shoe’s number.
The “Beige” colorway stands out as its tonal hues add softness to the collection. The upper is made with “Smoke Grey” mesh and “Beige” suede overlays. The ASICS vector is finished in White leather, which matches the Evisu logo on the heel counter.
